How the +Pets subscription works
With autoship, +Pets costs 25% less: a delivery that keeps arriving, at a price you know in advance, that you can stop whenever you want. Here is everything, on one page.

One-off or autoship: you choose
You can buy once: 39,99 € for 1 jar, 59,99 € for 2, 79,99 € for 3 (buy 2, get 1 free). Or switch on autoship and pay 25% less on every delivery: 29,99 €, 44,99 € or 59,99 €. Autoship is off until you switch it on, and you are never locked in: you can stop after the first delivery.

"Per day of doses" is the delivery price divided by the days of doses in the jars (30 per jar, for a cat of 2–5 kg) — it is the cost of one day's dose, not the cost of one day of the contract. "Per 30 days" is the delivery price divided by the number of jars in it (30 days of doses each), rounded to 2 decimals (44,99 ÷ 2 = 22,495 → 22,50).
Prices include VAT. Shipping is free on every delivery across Europe.
The calendar: the first charge is taken when you order. After that, a renewal charge every 1, 2 or 3 months: 1 month for 1 jar, 2 for 2, 3 for 3. One jar is 30 days of doses for a cat of 2–5 kg.
Before you cancel
A jar still open or a month away? Pause or skip one delivery instead: both can be undone, a cancel can't. Your three options, side by side.
How to skip, pause or cancel
- Go to Manage subscription (also in the menu at the top and in the footer of every page).
- Type the email you ordered with. We email you a code — no password to remember.
- Open Subscriptions and choose: skip the next delivery, pause or cancel. Paused? Resume from the same page.
No phone call, no form, nobody to convince. To change the number of jars or how often they arrive, write to support@gopluspets.com and a person changes it.
If you cancel right after a renewal charge
If a renewal has already been charged but has not shipped yet, write to support@gopluspets.com: we cancel that shipment and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, it arrives as your last delivery, and your statutory rights in the Refund policy apply.

How the subscription works
- Autoship is your choice: it is off until you switch it on. Without it, you pay the one-off price once and nothing renews.
- You pay 29,99 € every month for 1 jar, 44,99 € every 2 months for 2 jars, or 59,99 € every 3 months for 3 jars. VAT and shipping included.
- First charge when you order. Each renewal charge: every 1, 2 or 3 months, depending on your plan.
- Skip, pause or cancel from your account page: type your email, enter the code we email you, open Subscriptions, choose. No password.
- No minimum term, no fee to stop. If you cancel, nothing further is charged. A renewal already charged but not yet shipped: write to support@gopluspets.com and we cancel it for a full refund; once it has shipped, your statutory rights in the Refund policy apply.
- Withdrawal — your 14-day legal right, counted from the first delivery — is a separate thing: Withdraw from the contract.
The 90-day guarantee (a different thing)
On every jar: your first order, every renewal, every reorder. 90 days from delivery, opened or not. One refund claim per household, ever: one delivery address, one claim. If your cat won't eat it, you don't pay for it — and if you're not convinced, same answer. Write to support@gopluspets.com with your order number, a photo of the jar and a couple of lines. Nothing to send back. We refund it all, you keep the jars.
Your legal right of withdrawal (a third, separate thing)
From the day you order until 14 days after your first delivery you can withdraw from the contract, no reason needed, using the Withdraw from the contract function on this site. We confirm it on screen, then reply by email. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the Refund policy, or write us any clear statement. This is your statutory right and nothing on this page reduces it.
