Before you cancel
Your call. First, two options that don't end anything.
Vets: essential
Why the scoop is in the bowl
Cats can't make enough taurine. It has to come from their food, every day. Cats on heat-processed food lose more of it. One scoop a day is how it gets there.
Three options. You choose.
-
Pause
A jar still open, a trip, a busy month? Pause the plan: no deliveries and no charges until you resume it.
Resume whenever you want: from your account, or with one email.
-
Skip one delivery
Jar not finished yet? Skip the next delivery. Your plan and your price stay as they are, and the one after arrives as usual.
Nothing to undo.
-
Cancel
Still want to stop? That's fine. Autoship from this site: cancel in your account, and billing and deliveries end right away. A plan from our subscription checkout: write to us to cancel it, and we reply within 24 hours to confirm.
It can't be undone. If you come back, you start with a new order.
How to do it
- Open Manage subscription, in the top menu or the footer of any page, and pick yours: a plan from our subscription checkout, or Autoship bought on this site.
- Autoship from this site: type the email you ordered with, then the code we send you. No password.
- Go to Subscriptions and open your plan.
- Choose skip, pause or cancel. Paused? Resume is on the same page.
There you can also change your card or delivery address and see your orders.
Something else? Write to a person.
On a plan from our subscription checkout? Write to support@gopluspets.com: a person skips, pauses or cancels it for you and confirms by email. Same address if a renewal was charged but hasn't shipped yet: we cancel it and refund it in full.
Stopping because he won't eat it? Write to us: your first order is covered for 90 days from delivery and the jars stay yours; renewals are not covered. One refund claim per household, ever: one delivery address, one claim.
Your legal 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from your first delivery, is a different thing: Withdraw from the contract.
Feed additive for cats. Not a veterinary medicine. It does not replace a balanced diet or your vet's advice.
