What a subscription is
A +Pets subscription delivers your chosen product automatically at the frequency you select (for example every 30 days), at the subscription price shown at checkout. There is no minimum term and no commitment: you can skip, pause or cancel at any time.
What you agree to at checkout
When you start a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal, at the price and frequency shown, until you cancel. The first shipment is charged immediately. Every renewal price includes VAT where applicable and free shipping.
Reminders
We email you at least 3 days before every renewal, with the date, the amount and a link to skip, change or cancel. You also receive an order confirmation for each shipment.
How to skip, pause or cancel
- From the Manage subscription page linked in the footer of our site, in any subscription email and in your account, in two clicks, in every country, no phone call, no questions asked.
- Or email support@gopluspets.com with your order number: we cancel within 1 business day.
Changes and cancellations take effect immediately and are confirmed by email with the date and time. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal has already been charged but has not shipped yet, you can still cancel that shipment for a full refund; once it has shipped, your statutory rights in the Refund & Guarantee Policy apply.
Germany: a "Verträge hier kündigen" (cancel contracts here) button is available on our site as required by § 312k BGB. EU/UK: your 14-day withdrawal right runs from delivery of the first shipment.
Price changes
If the subscription price ever changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies only to renewals after that date, and you can cancel at any time before with no cost.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry a few times over the following days and email you. If it keeps failing the subscription is paused, not charged.
Guarantee
The 30-day Keep-it Guarantee applies to your first shipment. Later shipments follow the returns rules in the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
