What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) are small files or identifiers placed on your device when you visit gopluspets.com. They let the site work, remember your choices, and help us understand and improve how the site and our advertising perform.
The cookies we use
- Essential: cart, checkout, login, security and fraud prevention, your cookie preferences. Always on; the site cannot work without them.
- Performance and analytics: how visitors use the site (pages, clicks, loading times, session replays without personal data), so we can fix problems and improve pages. Providers: Shopify analytics and our own analytics tools.
- Functional: remembering language, currency, market and preferences.
- Marketing and advertising: measuring our campaigns and showing you relevant ads on other platforms. Providers include Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok and our email/SMS platform (Klaviyo).
Cookie lifetimes range from the session to a maximum of 13 months. Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Where the law requires it (EU, UK and some other countries) non-essential cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work.
