Three different things, and they don't replace each other. Disdetta (cancel renewals): from Manage subscription, anytime, no fee — if you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge and it hasn't shipped, that charge is refunded automatically; otherwise a delivery already paid for still arrives, and it is the last one. Recesso (withdrawal): your legal right, from the order until 14 days after the first delivery, through Withdraw from the contract. Garanzia (our guarantee): 90 days from delivery, first order, one jar.

Yes, and it is the only way we sell it: 49,99 € per delivery, every 60 days, 2 jars each time. We don't sell it as a single purchase. You can end it at any time, including before the second delivery, from Manage subscription.

The first charge is taken when you order, and we ship within 1 business day. Each renewal charge is taken 60 days after your delivery, and we email you 3 days before every renewal charge. Charge, shipment and delivery are three different dates, and your account page shows all three.

We deliver in Italy. We ship within 1 business day of each charge — you get the tracking link by email when it ships. We ship from our supplier's warehouse, and shipping is free on every delivery. Sold by 7University LLC.

A 100 g jar is 33 days at 3 g a day for a cat of 2-5 kg, as per the label. 1 jar = 33 days, 2 jars = 66, 3 jars = 99.

Two cats means double the dose and half the days: a 100 g jar covers about 16 days for two cats of 2-5 kg, as per the label. Pick the plan you prefer and, if the jars run out early, move the next renewal charge date forward from Manage subscription — the shipment and the delivery follow the charge. The cadence does not change on its own.

Then you don't pay for it. 90 days counted from delivery, on your first order: write to support@gopluspets.com, we refund the jar and you keep it — nothing to send back, no photos, no form. One jar per household, first order only.

We don't put a date on that, and we won't tell you what to expect: we have no data of our own and we're not going to invent it. What we can tell you is that the guarantee runs 90 days from delivery, so you are not deciding in the first week.

Ask your vet first — he or she knows your cat and we don't. We won't give you a yes or a no here.

It is not a veterinary medicine. Taurine is an authorised feed additive (3a370) and no maximum has been set for cats. Stay on the dose printed on the jar, and if your cat is on treatment, ask the person treating him.
