1. Who we are

gopluspets.com ("+Pets", "we", "us") is operated by 7University LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #27351, Newark, DE 19702, United States. Email: support@gopluspets.com.

By placing an order on this site you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Guarantee Policy, Subscription Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them: they are short and written in plain language.

2. Our products

+Pets sells nutritional supplements for cats (in the EU and UK legally classified as complementary feed). Our products are not veterinary medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and do not replace the advice of your veterinarian. If your cat has a health condition, is pregnant, or takes medication, talk to your vet before use. Keep out of reach of children. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary.

3. Ordering and when the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but the contract is formed only when we send you the shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is unavailable, a price or description was obviously wrong, we cannot verify payment or address details, our fraud checks flag the order, or the order exceeds our per-household quantity limits. If we cancel, you are refunded in full to your original payment method.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information. Please check your shipping address carefully: see the Shipping Policy for what happens with address errors.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and, for EU and UK customers, include VAT. Shipping is free. Because we ship with all duties and taxes paid, you pay nothing extra on delivery. Payment is taken when you place the order. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Reference prices ("was" prices) reflect our lowest price of the previous 30 days.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery times, tracking, lost or damaged parcels and address errors are covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when you (or someone you designate) take physical possession of them.

6. Returns, withdrawal and our guarantee

Everything about the 30-day Keep-it Guarantee, statutory withdrawal rights (EU/UK) and refunds is in our Refund & Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, the Subscription Terms apply: they explain renewals, reminders, how to cancel online at any time and what happens if a price changes.

8. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review, photo or video you grant us a free, worldwide licence to use it in our marketing. We only publish reviews from verified purchasers and never edit their substance. We may remove content that is offensive, false or infringes someone else's rights.

9. Fair use

Our guarantee and promotions are meant for real customers. We may refuse future orders, cancel discounts or decline guarantee claims where we see repeated refund requests, resale, fraud, chargeback abuse or attempts to circumvent per-household limits. This never affects your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual property

The +Pets name, logo, product formulas, texts, photos and site design belong to 7University LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or product liability. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, our liability for breach of contract or lack of reasonable care is governed by your consumer law and is not capped at the order price. For US customers only, subject to non-excludable rights, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it and excludes indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (carrier disruption, customs, strikes, natural events); if such an event delays your order by more than 30 days you may cancel it for a full refund.

12. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including the EU consumer guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.

13. Region-specific terms

If you are in the European Union

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see the Refund & Guarantee Policy, including the exception for sealed products that have been opened). Italian consumers: the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) applies. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence. We do not participate in alternative dispute resolution schemes, but we always try to solve problems directly: write to support@gopluspets.com first.

If you are in the United Kingdom

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. You have a 14-day right to cancel as described in the Refund & Guarantee Policy. You may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

If you are in the United States

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver: any dispute that we cannot resolve informally within 30 days of your written notice to support@gopluspets.com will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Small-claims court remains available to both of us. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject "Arbitration opt-out". No warranty beyond those stated here is given; the products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Everywhere else

Delaware law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
