How the +Pets subscription works
We sell taurine one way only: a delivery that keeps arriving, at a price you know in advance, that you can stop whenever you want. Here is everything, on one page.

Why there is no single purchase
The dose on the jar is a daily one, and a 100 g jar is 33 days of it for a cat of 2-5 kg, as per the label. So we sell the refill, not the jar: it arrives on a cadence you choose, and you are never locked in — you can stop after the first delivery.

"Per day of doses" is the delivery price divided by the days of doses in the jars (33 per jar, for a cat of 2-5 kg, as per the label) — it is the cost of one day's dose, not the cost of one day of the contract. "Per 30 days" is the delivery price divided by the number of 30-day periods in the cadence, rounded to 2 decimals (49,99 ÷ 2 = 24,995 → 25,00). Savings between plans (4,99 € and 9,99 € per jar) are derived from the displayed per-jar figures.
Prices include VAT. Shipping is free on every delivery, in Italy.
The calendar: the first charge is taken when you order. We ship within 1 business day of each charge. Every renewal charge is taken 60 days after your delivery — so a slow delivery doesn't cost you days. If the carrier never confirms a delivery, we treat the shipment date plus 7 days as the delivery date and count from there.
The reminder
Three days before every renewal charge we email you the amount, the date and one link: skip, move the date, pause, or cancel.
How to skip, pause, move or cancel (disdetta)
- Go to Manage subscription (also in the footer of every page).
- Type the email you ordered with. We send you a link — no password to remember.
- Choose: skip the next delivery, change the date, pause, or cancel.
Takes a couple of clicks. No phone call, no form, nobody to convince.
If you cancel right after a renewal charge
If you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge and it hasn't shipped, that charge is refunded automatically. If it has already shipped, the delivery arrives and that is the last one.

How the subscription works
- Every order of +Pets Pure Taurine is a subscription. We don't sell it as a single purchase.
- You pay 49,99 € per delivery, every 60 days, 2 jars each time. VAT and shipping included.
- First charge when you order. Each renewal charge: 60 days after your delivery. We email you 3 days before every renewal charge.
- Skip, move, pause or cancel from your account page: ask for the link by email, open it, choose. No password.
- No minimum term, no fee to stop. If you cancel, nothing further is charged. A delivery already paid for still ships — except if you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge and it hasn't shipped: then that charge is refunded automatically.
- Recesso (withdrawal) — your 14-day legal right, counted from the first delivery — is a separate thing: Withdraw from the contract.
The 90-day guarantee (garanzia — a different thing)
On your first order: 90 days from the day it arrives, one jar per household. If your cat won't eat it, you don't pay for it — and if you're not convinced, same answer. One email to support@gopluspets.com. Nothing to send back, no weekly photos, no form. We refund, you keep the jar.
Your legal right of withdrawal (recesso — a third, different thing)
From the day you order until 14 days after your first delivery you can withdraw from the contract, no reason needed, using the Withdraw from the contract function on this site. We confirm it on screen and send you a receipt by email with what you declared, the date and the time. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the Refund policy, or write us any clear statement. This is your statutory right and nothing on this page reduces it.
